PT. CCH Indonesia has established Sustainable Manufacturing and Development (SMD) Department at the Group Headquarters to monitor the practices of environment, safety and health (ESH) and employee relations (ER) in subsidiary companies.

What We've Done

Social Engagement

PT. CCH Indonesia has established Compliance Department to monitoring and practicing Environment Safety and Healthy (ESH) and employee relation. Human Resources Department jointly to conduct the corporate social responsibility affairs and response to the issue of interest to the stakeholders. We identify the risks of labor rights, environment, safety and health annually and formulate countermeasure to reduce the risks.

Social Contribution

The story revolves around the efforts made to enhance the performance of the Environment Safety and Healthy (ESH) department with the objective of mitigating risks. The organization recognizes the importance of creating a safe and healthy work environment for its employees and reducing any potential hazards. The ESH department works diligently to identify potential risks and develop comprehensive action plans to address them.

Additionally, the Human Resources department plays a crucial role in monitoring the performance of the related department. They closely track the progress made by the ESH department and evaluate the effectiveness of the actions taken. This collaborative effort ensures that the organization remains committed to maintaining a high standard of safety and health for all its employees and reducing any potential risks that may arise.

That's why we have partnered with the Buddha Tzu Chi foundation to make a difference in our local community. Through this collaboration, we have been able to provide much-needed donations of water and rice to those in need.

By working together, we can create a stronger, more resilient community that supports and uplifts each other. Our commitment to making a positive impact is at the core of everything we do.

Environment Protection

To continue the efforts of reducing our environmental footprint, we have implemented various strategies. Firstly, we have made significant changes in our energy and water arrangements, ensuring that they are more sustainable and efficient.

Additionally, we have installed solar lamps for street lighting and solar rooftop off grid, not only reducing our reliance on traditional energy sources but also illuminating the streets in an eco-friendly manner. Moreover, we have taken a step towards renewable energy by purchasing green energy generated from geothermal sources. We also increase utilization of environmental friendly refrigerant as effort to minimize GHG emission to avoid climate changes.

This not only helps us in reducing indirect greenhouse gas emissions but also promotes the use of clean and sustainable electricity.

Lastly, we have organized a tree donation activity to contribute to greening initiatives and increase the number of trees in our surroundings. Through these measures, we are actively working towards creating a more environmentally friendly and sustainable future.
